Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery for all full-priced items provided they are returned in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain products such as pierced jewelry and intimate apparel are non-returnable.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in the original 16ARLINGTON packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, ensuring any previous delivery labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Tracking

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized courier drop-off point and retain your receipt as proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
